Dr. Angelica Redbourn

NATUROPATHIC PHYSICIAN

Dr. Redbourn is committed to creating a space where patients feel heard, validated, and supported in addressing their health concerns. She believes that understanding your body is fundamental to meaningful care and that every patient deserves clear education and thoughtful guidance to make informed decisions about their health. Recognizing that many women have had their concerns overlooked or dismissed, Dr. Redbourn is dedicated to ensuring her patients feel seen, understood, and empowered throughout their journey in her care.

While Dr. Redbourn supports a wide range of women’s health concerns, she has a particular interest in helping patients navigate perimenopause and menopause. She has completed specialized training and certification through The Menopause Society, equipping her with the latest evidence-based knowledge and treatment strategies for this stage of life. Through compassionate care and thoughtful education, Dr. Redbourn helps women better understand this transition and feel informed, confident, and supported every step of the way.

Dr. Redbourn also has a strong interest in skin health and medical aesthetics. Having experienced skin concerns herself, she understands the impact skin can have on confidence, self-esteem, and overall wellbeing. She views skin health as an important part of integrative care and is passionate about supporting patients with acne and other skin concerns. Her approach focuses on identifying contributing factors while providing individualized, evidence-based care to support both skin health and confidence.

Dr. Redbourn completed her Bachelor of Science at the University of British Columbia before completing her four-year medical degree at the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine, a CNME-accredited institution, graduating as part of the final Legacy cohort. From a young age, she knew she wanted to pursue a career in healthcare and was drawn to naturopathic medicine for its holistic, patient-centered philosophy.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Redbourn enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing piano, and trying new foods and recipes. Her favourite way to stay active is being outdoors in nature with her fiancé and her chihuahua, Theodore. Follow Dr. Redbourn on social media @drangelicaredbourn

MENU

We acknowledge with respect and gratitude that our clinic operates on the unceded, traditional, and ancestral territories of the Coast Salish peoples, including the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səl̓ílwətaʔɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.
We honour the generations who have been birthing on this land, nurturing families, and practicing traditional plant medicine for countless generations before us. We are humbled to continue our work in the presence of this enduring wisdom.
